All grain, plus an occasional mead and cider.

Year you started brewing:
1995, but I didn't really begin to learn brewing until I started all grain.

Favorite commercial:
There are several: Victory Hop Devil, Weyerbacher's Old Heathen, Dog Fish Head World Wide Stout, and Thomas Hardy Ale.

Favorite homebrew:
Scott's Dim Wit and Eric's fruit beers, plus my Irish Red, Scottish, and Pumpkin beers.

Why you homebrew:
I like variety and sometimes the only way to get a specialty beer is to make it. I'm also fascinated with the magic of all grain, plus I enjoy crafting a beer to my taste. But the best part of home brewing is sharing it with your friends!
